Flight101 Foundation for Youth Development and Achievement

It is our goal to establish the Flight4Youth Foundation for Youth Development and Achievement, as a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit headquartered in Stark County, Ohio. Through sports and sports related activities, the foundation will exist to help at-risk students develop to their fullest potential both in the classroom, on the playing field and in their respective communities.
Each year, the Flight4Youth Foundation for Youth Development and Achievement will award scholarships to high school students who have demonstrated academic excellence and community service. Targeting first-generation college students and those with demonstrated financial need, the Flight4Youth Foundation scholarship program will further Flight101's commitment to extending educational and employment opportunities to all students who want to learn and contribute to their community, regardless of their circumstances.
Consistent with our coaching and training philosophy, Flight101 believes that all youth, no matter their personal situation, have the abilities to achieve and go anywhere that their dreams lead them. But we also understand that these abilities and dreams must be fostered by meaningful educational and professional-development opportunities. The Flight4Youth Foundation for Youth Development and Achievement will provide these opportunities through programs designed to ignite hope and serve as a starting point for "building our youth for the future."
