I've been working Flight101 for 10 years. Coach Murdock continues to do a terrific job tailoring my workouts to fit my needs as a 400m sprinter in the 45-50 age group. My son played high school sports and will be a collegiate athlete. He works hard. We were considering speed training to supplement his workouts and did our homework and found Coach Murdock. Speed training with Coach Murdock has been very beneficial. As for results, my son significantly increased his speed (averaged 40 yard time went from 4.9 to 4.54) and decreased his dash time, through improved technique and guided application. Coach Murdock is quietly demanding, very knowledgeable and caring. We recommend Coach Murdock. - Steve and his Dad
